(More customer reviews)These are my third pair of inline skates. My second pair were an amazing set of Rollerblades with the old hard boot, and they stayed with me for 16 years. After I finally shattered them, I bought the K2 Celenas. I wanted something faster, with a soft boot, and that I could remove the back break.
Holy monkeys, these skates are fast. They are great, balanced, amazing skates. I am nothing but pleased. They are worlds lighter than my old Rollerblades. I feel like I can skate for days in these things, and my range of motion is much greater in these skates than in my others.
The only thing that I experienced is that, b/c I was used to the old hard style boots, I started off tying these WAY too tight. My feet tingled and ached some, until I loosened them a bit. Then they were perfect, and I skated for hours, quite happily and quite faster than ever before.
Get these. You won't regret it.
