(More customer reviews)used the skates first time with my 3 year old. the straps keep coming off every 15 minutes when i tighten it. the lock/buckle is plastic, everytime i lock it in place it comes loose. not worth the hassle. i have to kneel down every 15 minutes to tighten or put the skates back on her feet and the ice rink was crowded with others, it was hazardous to stop in middle of ice rink to fix her skates.
